If you need to make a claim we encourage you to phone our office so that our staff can guide you through the process and where necessary arrange for a loss adjuster to be appointed.
Where a claim form is required we can arrange to email or send to you by post.
Some Insurance companies no longer require claim forms and you can lodge your claim by telephone. In this case our staff can advise you and avoid unnecessary paperwork and delay.
Read your policy carefully regarding claims action and remember
- Never admit liability.
- Report malicious damage, theft or lost property to the police.
- Motor vehicle accidents need to be reported to the police in accordance with regulation and certainly if any person has been injured.
- Wherever possible you must minimize loss.
